Pastor Hixson and his wife Linda have four children. He is a native Ohioan and has been in the Athens area for many years. His background includes degrees from Ohio University and Grace Theological Seminary.
Pastor Hixson has been the Pastor at Athens Bible Church for over 38 years. In addition to his duties at the Church, he provides a variety of ministry services at Ohio University and local nursing homes. Pastor Hixson is also available for home Bible classes.
